Progressive Robotics P.C., headquartered in Thessaloniki, Greece, is a deep-tech robotics company founded in 2023. Its palletizing software is part of the ABB Robotics Ecosystem, with live deployments across Europe and the USA and a €1.6M seed round led by Marathon Venture Capital.
The differentiator is "Physical AI": in-house probabilistic algorithms that generate collision-free trajectories in milliseconds on a standard CPU, no GPU or specialised hardware. The result: online, real-time, robot-agnostic palletizing with no vendor lock-in.

AnyStack® Palletizer: one palletizer, two variants.
Multipurpose AI-powered robotic palletizer: builds single-SKU pallets at receiving and mixed pallets at dispatch, with the same software platform. Available in two configurations, deployed and integrated in Romania by ZEDlog.
AnyStack capabilities

AnyStack covers both ends of the warehouse, from unloading containers to building the mixed pallet, with the same motion-planning engine.
Single-SKU palletizing
Builds single-SKU pallets from floor-loaded containers or trucks. 3D vision scans and dimensions boxes (with or without a barcode), generates the pattern automatically and handles the pallet, with unattended operation and live monitoring.
On-the-fly mixed palletizing
Builds stable mixed pallets directly from random, unsequenced product flows, with no buffers or sorters. The AI stacking engine accounts for weight and size; sub-millimetre 3D detection; collision-free planning.
Single & mixed depalletizing
The same software un-builds inbound pallets and containers. Vision identifies products in real time (including shifted, broken-pattern or damaged boxes) and adjusts the grip. Mixed pallets are sorted while depalletizing.

Generates collision-free trajectories in milliseconds on a standard CPU, no GPU. Avoids static collisions, self-collisions and dynamic obstacles (boxes already on the pallet). Robot-agnostic: validated on 4/5/6-DOF arms from various makers.
