Key advantages

Modular robustness.

MPP applies to pallets the same modular philosophy that made MCP the standard for parcels: standard modules, decentralized control, scaling without redesign, at loads up to 1,500 kg.

Two capacity classes

Up to 500 kg with 24/48V RollerDrive EC5000 and MultiControl AI, or up to 1,500 kg with 400V gear motors (NORD / SEW) with inverters and brakes.

Roller + Chain

Rollers for standard EUR pallets, 2–3 strand chain for deformed pallets or irregular bases. We pick the typology per segment.

Real-world pallets

Compatible with EURO, Industry, CHEP, GMA and plastic, including the CHEP pool dominant in FMCG. Top-of-roller 350–1200 mm.

Decentralized ConveyorControl

Driven variants use the same plug & play philosophy as MCP: independent zones, reconfiguration without a central PLC.

AS/RS integration

Integrates natively with AS/RS systems, existing or delivered by third parties: direct input/output with stacker cranes and shuttles.

Transfer Car

Up to 1,000 kg per pallet, travel up to 46 m, 4.0 m/s. Replaces long fixed routes between parallel lines.

We combine MPP modules in any configuration your layout demands (straight transport, chain, 90° transfer, rotation), without custom modifications.

Roller

Straight roller transport

Ø60–89 mm rollers, 24/48V or 400V driven. Up to 1,200 kg per module.

Chain

Chain conveyor

2–3 parallel strands, for pallets with irregular or deformed bases.

Transfer

90° chain / roller transfer

Direction change without rotating the pallet. 30–60 mm stroke in 4 s.

Turntable

270° turntable

Pallet rotation 90° in 4 seconds, roller or chain variants.
