Interroll · High Performance Conveyor Platform

HPP: High performance conveyors built for CEP.

Interroll's modular platform designed for courier, express and parcel providers: robust design, high throughput, and an intelligent diverter module, the Multibelt Switch, usable as a pre-sort stage or standalone mini-sorter.

Key advantages

Robustness and throughput, built for CEP.

HPP brings the same modular principles that made MCP a standard to the courier and parcel world, with a more robust frame, incline/decline modules and a high-capacity diverter.

01

Multibelt Switch: up to 10,000 parts/hour

The BM 1300 diverter module combines the reliability of a belt conveyor with an entirely new diverting principle, at very high throughput.

02

Incline/decline up to 18°

The BM 1130/1131 module with upper arch reduces noise and impact as parcels pass over it, for transitions between levels.

03

Symmetrical, modular side guides

Symmetrical structure on both conveyor sides: few standardized components, fast on-site installation.

04

Dedicated merge and alignment modules

2-in-1 Merge (roller) and 30°/45° belt Merge unify lines; RM 1210 aligns parcels perpendicular to the direction of travel.

05

Robust construction for 24/7 operation

A reinforced frame compared to MCP, built for the volumes and pace typical of CEP hubs.

06

Interroll Layouter · 3D simulation

Design, plan and virtually operate the entire application: a realistic 3D representation before you order.

Available modules

Eight modules. One platform.

From straight conveyors to the high-capacity diverter: we combine HPP modules in any configuration your layout demands.

Straight · Head drive

BM 1110 / 1111

Straight · Head drive

Robust, fast belt conveyor with transition profiles that prevent parcels from getting stuck.

Straight · Center drive

BM 1120 / 1121

Straight · Center drive

Long-length variant with the same robustness and speed as the head-drive module.

Straight · Center drive + upper arch

BM 1130 / 1131

Straight · Center drive + upper arch

For incline/decline up to 18°: the arch reduces noise and impact as parcels pass over it.

Straight · Metering

BM 1140 / 1141

Straight · Metering

Creates gaps between parcels, short wide belts, high acceleration. Ideal where space is limited.

Merge · Powered belt

BM 1150 / 1151

Merge · Powered belt

Merges two conveyor lines at a 30° or 45° angle, for a smooth, continuous material flow.

Alignment conveyor

RM 1210

Alignment conveyor

Aligns parcels oriented perpendicular to the direction of travel, on the robust HPP frame.

2-in-1 Merge

RM 1220

2-in-1 Merge

Merges two lines via angled rollers, guiding parcels toward the center line.

Diverter · Multibelt Switch

The platform's key product: 45° diverting, up to 10,000 parts/hour, also usable as a standalone mini-sorter.

Typical use cases

CEP hub pre-sort

Preliminary distribution ahead of the main sorter, or as a standalone mini-sorter.

Small and mid-size parcel centers

Increased automation without investing in a high-capacity sorter.

Transitions between levels

Incline/decline up to 18° to connect flows between floors or mezzanines.

Merging induction points

Unifying multiple induction lines into a single sorting flow.

Suitable industries

How many parcels per hour does your hub need to process? We start from that figure and the layout, simulate the flow and come back with an estimated budget.
